Students have been learning all about Ancient Egypt in social studies.  Here are some of their presentations they completed and presented to the class.

Sydney and Lucas' presentation on mummification.  They ended it with "mummifying Lucas".

James did a presentation on his research of how pyramids were built.  It's amazing how they were able to build it so long ago.

We are going to the ZOO on Friday, May 31st.

Students have been researching an animal of their choice that is presently at the Assiniboine Park Zoo, in Winnipeg.  All their information, with pictures, has been put into a beautiful brochure that students have presented to the class.  We are hoping to make many connections with the additional information that we will find out at the zoo on our field trip.  We are all super excited!!!
